Tillerson to travel to UK, sign condolence book for Manchester
Rex Tillerson will make his first trip to London as secretary of State on Friday to sign a book of condolences for the victims of Monday’s terror attack at a concert in Manchester.
The secretary of State will sign the book alongside U.K. Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, according to the State Department.
Twenty-two people were killed and dozens were injured when a bomb went off at an Ariana Grande concert in the northern English city Monday night.

The Islamic State in Iraq and Syria has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Tillerson’s visit comes after Manchester police announced they would stop sharing intelligence with the U.S. due to a series of leaks to U.S. media outlets.
British Prime Minister Theresa May said she would confront President Trump about the leaks during Thursday’s NATO meeting in Brussels.
Trump called for a federal investigation into the “deeply troubling” leaks in a statement Thursday.
Tillerson is currently accompanying President Trump in Brussels.
