Trump to visit first lady’s homeland: report

President Trump has reportedly accepted an invitation to visit Slovenia, the country of his wife’s birth.

Slovenian President Borut Pahor attended a meeting of European Union leaders in Warsaw, Poland, on Thursday, along with Trump.

Pahor extended the invitation to Trump, who accepted, Pahor’s Cabinet said in a statement, according to Reuters.

First lady Melania Trump was born in Slovenia and grew up in the town of Sevnica.

Trump is in Warsaw on Thursday ahead of the Group of 20 summit that starts Friday in Germany.
