Trump: Media has ‘such hatred’

President Trump on Thursday again slammed the “fake news” media, saying it has “such hatred.”

“The Fake News Is going all out in order to demean and denigrate!” the president wrote on Twitter.

“Such hatred!”

{mosads}The tweet from Trump comes one day after he blasted NBC News over the network’s story that the president wanted to expand the United States’ nuclear arsenal.

“With all of the Fake News coming out of NBC and the Networks, at what point is it appropriate to challenge their License? Bad for country!” Trump tweeted Wednesday.

The president said later that it is “disgusting” that the media has the ability to write “whatever it wants to write.”

“It is frankly disgusting the press is able to write whatever it wants to write,” he said.

The president called the story from NBC News “pure fiction” and said it was “made up to demean.”

On Wednesday evening, Trump doubled down on his threats to broadcast licenses, saying they should be “challenged” and possibly “revoked.”

“Network news has become so partisan, distorted and fake that licenses must be challenged and, if appropriate, revoked. Not fair to public!” Trump said.

The president has frequently feuded with media outlets and labeled unfavorable coverage “fake news.”
