Conway: ‘Rush’ to politicize Texas shooting is ‘disrespectful to the dead’
White House counselor Kellyanne Conway on Monday called out those “pointing fingers” after the Texas shooting over the weekend that left 26 people dead.
“The rush to judgment, particularly by people who just see politics and Trump derangement in every single thing they do, it doesn’t help the victims,” Conway said during an interview on “Fox & Friends.”
“And it’s disrespectful to the dead.”
Conway’s comments come after a man opened fire at a church in Texas, killing more than two dozen people ranging in age from 77 years to 18 months.

“There is evil among us,” Conway said, before again blasting those who see the tragedy as political.
“It’s so beyond any type of reasonable response that anyone should have — why people see politics immediately,” she said.
She went after people for “taking to Twitter in the comfort of their very luxurious lives” and “pointing fingers.”
