Clinton advises checking your voter registration during Trump’s State of the Union
Former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton urged her Twitter followers on Tuesday night to check their voter registration in the “next hour” — minutes before President Trump began his third State of the Union address.
A great use of your next hour:
Double-check your voter registration and ask two friends to do the same.

Clinton sent the tweet amid news that a number of Congressional Democrats will boycott the address, including Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.), Al Green (Texas), Steve Cohen (Tenn.), Earl Blumenauer (Ore.), Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), Hank Johnson (Ga.) and Frederica Wilson (Fla.).
Trump’s speech will serve as a sounding board for his reelection campaign, as well as his last chance to address senators directly before the Senate takes its final vote Wednesday in his impeachment trial.
Trump began his speech by touting economic successes under his administration, as well as his efforts to bolster the military and reduce the number of Americans on food stamps and welfare programs.
