Michigan GOP primary: Live results

Donald Trump is expected to cruise to victory in Tuesday night’s primary in Michigan, even as the state Republican Party finds itself engulfed in a civil war.

Trump barely campaigned in the Great Lakes State, but he will likely crush rival Nikki Haley on the ballot anyway. He currently leads President Biden by 3 points in The Hill and Decision Desk HQ’s polling average of the state.

The delegates will be awarded Saturday during a state GOP convention, though party infighting has resulted in two separate events being held, sparking confusion. Still, the former president is expected to win regardless.
