GOP rep to Trump: #StopTheTwitterTantrums
Rep. Mike Coffman (R-Colo.) on Thursday criticized President Trump’s attack on MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski’s looks, calling for Trump to stop throwing “Twitter tantrums.”
“The President’s tweets are beneath the dignity of his office. It needs to stop. #StopTheTwitterTantrums,” Coffman tweeted.

{mosads}Trump earlier Thursday tweeted a series of insults at “Morning Joe” hosts Joe Scarborough and Brzezinski, calling them “low I.Q. Crazy Mika” and “Psycho Joe” and adding that Brzezinski was “bleeding badly from a face-lift” when he saw her late last year at his Florida resort.
Trump’s attacks were widely criticized by both Democrats and Republicans. Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) labeled the tweets inappropriate and at least three GOP senators called the insults “beneath the dignity” of the office of the president.
