Newsweek: Trump is a ‘Lazy Boy’
Newsweek’s latest issue calls President Trump a “Lazy Boy,” showing him on the cover lounging in a chair watching TV.
The cover, which was released Thursday, shows Trump in a recliner, his suit stained from Cheetos while juggling a fast food bag and a soda. Other discarded fast-food containers litter the floor next to the president in what appears to be the White House.
“Donald Trump is bored and tired,” the cover reads. “Imagine how bad he’d feel if he did any work.”

The cover continues with a list of numbers for the Trump administration, including that the president has had 6 months in office, spent 40 days at golf clubs and has passed zero pieces of major legislation.
Other news organizations have made similar jabs at the president, including CNN highlighting the number of tweets Trump has sent in his first 6 months in the White House.
“In 6 months, Pres. Trump has tweeted 991 times, spent 40 days at Trump golf properties and passed 0 pieces of major legislation,” according to a news alert from last month.
