CNN’s Navarro compares Trump administration turnover to a Las Vegas brothel
CNN political analyst Ana Navarro said turnover in the Trump administration has seen “more people who go in and out for quickies than a Las Vegas brothel” during a Monday panel segment.
The commentary came during analysis of President Trump’s first 200 days in office.
Navarro, a Republican strategist who has become one Trump’s most outspoken GOP critics, also called the president a “deranged person” who has “caused international incidents.”
“His White House has had more people go in and out for quickies than a Las Vegas brothel,” Navarro said. “The chaos that has ensued is absolutely insane.”
{mosads}“He keeps fabricating, making up things and outright lying,” Navarro added. “He keeps tweeting like a deranged person. He has caused international incidents. The leaks out of his White House are like cheese cloth. So, no. I don’t think you can say this has been a good 200 days.”
Navarro, who supported former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush in the GOP presidential primaries, gave the president a grade of “C-minus to D.”
Trump stated his base has only expanded since the inauguration and touted his successes in a series of tweets Monday morning.
“The Trump base is far bigger & stronger than ever before (despite some phony Fake News polling). Look at rallies in Penn, Iowa, Ohio,” Trump tweeted to his more than 35 million followers.
“The fact is the Fake News Russian collusion story, record Stock Market, border security, military strength, jobs, Supreme Court pick, economic enthusiasm, deregulation & so much more have driven the Trump base even closer together. Will never change!”
