Bill O’Reilly knocks Clinton off top of NYT best sellers list

Bill O’Reilly on Thursday touted the success of his new book “Killing England,” which has knocked former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s book from the top of the New York Times’s best-sellers list.

The book’s success comes after O’Reilly was ousted from Fox News in April amid sexual harassment allegations.

“Killing England,” the latest in a series of books from O’Reilly, tells the story of America’s victory in the Revolutionary War. It sold 71,000 copies in its second week, compared to 65,000 during the first week after the book launched, according to The Associated Press.

O’Reilly celebrated the news with his 2.27 million followers on Twitter. He also took the opportunity to announce his fourth appearance with Sean Hannity, which will take place on Hannity’s nationally syndicated radio program on Thursday afternoon.

MSNBC’s Katy Tur clocked in at No. 3 behind Clinton and O’Reilly on the New York Times’s best-seller list with “Unbelievable,” which chronicles Tur’s experience covering President Trump on the campaign trail.

Clinton’s book, which explores various reasons why she felt were to blame for her shocking loss to Trump, was at the top of the bestseller list for its first two weeks.

The former secretary of State will continue her book tour into December.
