Kevin Spacey delivers pizza to reporters staked outside Baltimore apartment

Actor Kevin Spacey,  who will be arraigned next month in a Massachusetts court in connection to an allegation that he sexually assaulted a teenager, on Sunday delivered pizza to reporters staked outside his Baltimore apartment.

The move marked the second time in a week the former “House of Cards” star has been photographed after not being seen in public since Nov. 2017.

{mosads}Spacey, 59, wore a “Retired since 2017” hat while bringing out a pizza to a photographer from the UK-based “Daily Mail.”

“I know you’re just doing your job,” he said to the reporting team. “Keep warm and have a happy New Year.”

Spacey, whose real name is Kevin S. Fowler, has not worked since October 2017 when actor Anthony Rapp accused Spacey of making inappropriate sexual advances toward him decades ago when he was just 14 years old and Spacey was 26.

Spacey said at the time of the accusations that he didn’t remember the incident but added “the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior” was owed to Rapp.

Since Rapp’s allegation, at least 15 others have come forward to accuse the actor of similar behavior.

The pizza delivery comes just days after a Massachusetts prosecutor charged Spacey with sexual assault after a former Boston broadcast news anchor accused him of sexually assaulting her teenage son in 2016 at a Nantucket, Mass., bar. Spacey will be arraigned in Nantucket District Court on Jan. 7.

Last week, Spacey also posted a video online in character of Frank Underwood, the fictional president he played in “House of Cards.”

“But you wouldn’t believe the worst without evidence, would you?” Spacey says in the video. “You wouldn’t rush to judgments without facts, would you? Did you?”

The video has been viewed more than 8.9 million times on YouTube.
