Oprah Winfrey, during her “Super Soul Series” that aired Sunday, told Disney CEO Bob Iger that she would be campaigning “door to door” for him if he had decided to run for president.
“If Bob Iger had decided to run for president, I would be canvassing in Iowa right now,” Winfrey, 68, tells Iger, 65, at one point in her interview that aired on Winfrey’s OWN channel. “I would be going door to door.”

Winfrey also took to social media to echo the sentiment to her more than 17 million followers.
“This is the man I wish was running for President of the USA. His decency prevails in all decision making,” Winfrey wrote in a caption of a photo showing Winfrey and Iger on an outdoor interview set.
Iger is on a media tour promoting his new book, “Ride of a Lifetime: Lessons Learned from 15 Years as CEO of the Walt Disney Company.” It sits at the top of all biographies by business leaders in Amazon’s rankings and is number 46 among all books overall as of Monday morning.
