Goldberg’s “The View” falls under ABC’s news division, creating a possible conflict of interest.
ABC News division members are barred from making political contributions.
The 64-year-old “Sister Act” star also performed at a fundraiser for then-President Obama in 2011.
Goldberg became moderator of “The View” in 2007, replacing Rosie O’Donnell.
The Hill has reached out to ABC News for comment.
