Larry Kudlow to host Fox Business show
Fox Business on Tuesday announced that Larry Kudlow, who served as economic adviser to former President Trump, will soon host his own weekday program, marking a return to cable news for the former CNBC host.
Kudlow will start at Fox Business on Feb. 8, the network said in an announcement that did not specify the name of the show, its duration or when it will air.
“Fox News Media was among the first news organizations in the country to understand the critical importance of the relationship between Washington and Wall Street,” Kudlow in a statement announcing the move. “I’ve long admired their insightful coverage and am excited to join many of my former colleagues now at FBN, creating a show that speaks to the real issues truly impacting Americans.”
Before joining the Trump administration in 2018, Kudlow hosted “The Kudlow Report” on CNBC.
The news comes amid talk of former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany possibly joining Fox News. McEnany indicated in financial disclosure documents published Tuesday that she had an agreement in place to join Fox News this month, but a source familiar with the matter says those discussions are now paused.
