Caitlyn Jenner to be first in-studio guest on Fox morning news show since pandemic hit
Reality star and California gubernatorial candidate Caitlyn Jenner will appear on “America’s Newsroom” on Wednesday morning, marking the show’s first in-studio interview at Fox News headquarters since the coronavirus lockdowns began last year.
The network announced on Monday that Jenner, a lifelong Republican, will be interviewed by co-hosts Bill Hemmer and Dana Perino.
Jenner will discuss her campaign to unseat California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) and other issues, Fox News said.
A poll this month showed Jenner garnering little support among other Republicans who are hoping to replace Newsom in the recall election.
“America’s Newsroom” airs weekdays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. ET.
