“CSIS is honored that Senator Frist has joined our Board of Trustees and will lend his unparalleled combination of expertise to helping CSIS address some of the world’s most complex matters of public policy,” CSIS board chairman and former Sen. Sam Nunn (D-Ga.) said in a written statement.
Other notable members of CSIS’s 37-member board are former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, former National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski and former Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage.
