Bush votes for McCain
President Bush and first lady Laura Bush cast their votes for Republican presidential candidate John McCain on Friday.
{mosads}While McCain has stepped up his criticism of the historically unpopular president in recent days, the president and his wife took advantage of the early-voting process in Texas, and their ballots are being mailed back to the Lone Star State on Friday.
White House press secretary Dana Perino said the Bushes are planning to spend election night at the White House.
Perino said Thursday that Bush does not take McCain's attacks on his policies or administration personally.
