The wife of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is reportedly expected to face fraud charges, according to a report Monday.
Sara Netanyahu is expected to be informed of the charges against her in a few weeks by Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit, Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported.

According to Haaretz, she is thought to have misused funds in the prime minister’s residence.
Earlier this year, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appeared to dismiss the investigation.
“They’re dealing with the most important things in the world,” he told supporters.
“The procedure for replacing a light bulb, trays of food, the cup of tea that was served to her father, a righteous man, on his deathbed.”
