SNL takes on wave of sexual misconduct allegations with ‘Welcome to Hell’ skit

“Saturday Night Live” this week took on the wave of recent allegations of sexual misconduct with a “Welcome to Hell” skit.

“Hey there boys, we know the last couple months have been insane,” Cecily Strong says at the beginning of the skit.

“All of these big, cool, powerful guys are turning out to be, what’s the word, habitual predators,” Aidy Bryant says.

{mosads}The women then launched into a song.

“Welcome to hell, now we’re all in here. Look around, isn’t it nice, it’s a full nightmare,” the women sing.

Bryant jokes that the group “travels in a pack for safety.”

The women also go through a list of things that have been “ruined” for them.

“Now ‘House of Cards’ is ruined, and that really sucks, well here’s a list of stuff that’s ruined for us,” Saoirse Ronan says in the skit.

The women list parking, walking, Uber, bathrobes and drinking.

The skit comes as multiple people have come forward in recent weeks with allegations of sexual misconduct. Several people in the media and politics have recently had allegations levied against them.
