Coachella announces 2022 return after COVID-19 cancellations
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival will return in 2022 after multiple cancellations due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Coachella announced Tuesday that it will return for two weekends in April 2022. Early ticket sales will start on Friday.

In January, both Coachella and its sister country music festival Stagecoach had their events canceled by public health officials in California’s Riverside County. Officials cited the pandemic for the cancellations.

Both festivals were postponed from last year to this past April before ultimately being canceled.
The Stagecoach Country Music Festival has been rescheduled for April 29-May 1, 2022.
