House GOP to launch ‘radio addresses’
House Republican leaders will unveil the first of a regular series of “radio addresses” tomorrow as part of a new initiative that leaders say will better communicate with members of their conference and beyond.
Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) recorded the first one, which focuses on Iraq; subsequent addresses will rotate through leadership members each Friday. Each speech will be posted on the House Republican Conference website, according to a Boehner spokesman.
