NRCC fleshes out its staff

The National Republican Congressional Committee is filling out its staff, adding Ken Spain as press secretary, Josh Shultz as director of new media and Brian Walsh as national field director.

It has also hired Heather Patterson as director of major donor programs, Danielle James as political action committee director and Chris Stottmann to work with major donor programs.

Spain has been press secretary for Rep. John Shadegg (R-Ariz.), Shultz worked for Rep. Tom DeLay (R-Texas) and Walsh was political director for Republican New Jersey Senate candidate Tom Kean Jr. Patterson is from the Republican National Committee and Stottman is from the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
