Laura Ingraham mulling Senate run: report
Conservative radio host Laura Ingraham is reportedly considering a Senate run in Virginia.
Citing “knowledgeable sources,” the Washington Examiner reported that the media giant is considering a challenge to Hillary Clinton’s running mate, Sen. Tim Kaine.
While Ingraham would not comment on whether or not she is planning to run, her business partner, Peter Anthony, has reportedly been busy buying website domain names in case she decides to make a go of it. Those web addresses include ingrahamsenate.net, ingrahamsenate.com, ingrahamforvirginia.com and ingraham2018.com.
{mosads}In addition to her radio talk show, Ingraham is editor-in-chief and co-founder of LifeZette.com, a cultural and political website for conservatives and independents. She is also the author of New York Times bestsellers including, “The Obama Diaries,” “Power to the People” and “Shut Up & Sing.”
The former Supreme Court law clerk is also a regular commentator on the Fox News Channel and a substitute host on “The O’Reilly Factor,” according to the biography on her talk show’s website.
