Dem senator: Not sure how much more monstrous Trump can get
Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) on Thursday said President Trump’s attack on the hosts of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” are “monstrous.”
“Mocks people w mental illness. Cheerleads effort to end their insurance,” he wrote in a tweet. “Not sure how much more monstrous this can get.”

{mosads}Trump bashed the hosts, Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, in a series of tweets around 9 a.m., calling them “low I.Q. Crazy Mika” and “Psycho Joe.”
He added that Brzezinski was “bleeding badly from a face-lift” when he saw her late last year at his Florida resort.
Trump faced immediate criticism for his attacks, with two Republican senators calling it “beneath the dignity” of the White House.
A top MSNBC spokesman said it was “beneath my dignity” to respond to the attacks.
