Sunday show preview: After bin Laden
The aftermath of the U.S. mission that killed terrorist leader Osama bin Laden will be the big topic this week on the Sunday morning talk shows.
White House national security adviser Tom Donilon will be on four of the shows to give the administration’s view: ABC’s “This Week,” CNN’s “State of the Union,” “Fox News Sunday” and NBC’s “Meet the Press.”
{mosads}On ABC, he will be followed by former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Pakistani Ambassador to the U.S. Husain Haqqani.
On CNN, Sen. Richard Lugar (R-Ind.), the ranking member of the Foreign Relations Committee, and NATO Secretary General Fogh Rasmussen will discuss bin Laden and Libya.
Fox has former Vice President Dick Cheney on after Donilon.
Former Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, former CIA Director Michael Hayden and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani are also on NBC.
CBS’ “Face the Nation,” will feature Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) and former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.
