Sarah Mamula is joining the Financial Technology Association as head of government affairs. Mamula joins the fintech trade association from the Bank Policy Institute, where she was vice president for government affairs.
Citi has tapped Rachel Goldberg as the head of its U.S. government affairs team and Rob Runyan as the head of third-party public policy engagement. Goldberg is a London Stock Exchange Group, TransUnion, Guardian Life Insurance and Goldman Sachs alum and worked on the House Financial Services Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee. Runyan, who has been with Citi since 2017, worked in public affairs at the Department of Treasury and as a press secretary and digital director for Sen. Tom Carper (D-Del.).
Martha Delgado Peralta is joining APCO as the chair of Mexico and Latin America. She served as undersecretary for multilateral affairs and human rights at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was elected the first president of the Assembly of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme.
DLA Piper is adding Judy Krieg as a partner in the firm’s white-collar, investigations and government enforcement practice. She is the former joint head of the fraud, bribery and corruption division at the Serious Fraud Office in the United Kingdom.
Seven Letter announced several promotions last week, including the elevation of Annalyse Keller to partner. Keller worked for former Sen. Cory Gardner (R-Co.) and is a co-host of the firm’s CONTROL podcast.

BAE Systems has appointed Betty Sapp to its board of directors. Sapp was director of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and the first female director of the joint Department of Defense and Intelligence Community organization, and she is the former deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence.
