‘Watters World’ makes splash in weekly debut
Jesse Watters’s debut of his weekly Fox News show, “Watters’ World,” got off to a strong start on Saturday, beating CNN and MSNBC programming combined by more than 700,000 viewers.
The 38-year-old Watters, who’s best known for sometimes-controversial man-on-the-street interviews for Bill O’Reilly’s “The O’Reilly Factor,” delivered 1.8 million total viewers in the 8 p.m. hour. Cable news rivals CNN and MSNBC clocked in with 616,000 and 392,000 viewers in the same hour, respectively.
Overall, “Watters’ World” delivered the second-highest audience ever for Fox News on a Saturday night.

“Watters’ World” originally debuted as a monthly program in 2016. The network announced last week it would be presented as a weekly offering.
