Scaramucci to guest host ‘The View’
Former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci will reportedly serve as a guest co-host on ABC’s “The View” on Friday, Sept. 22, according to a Thursday report.
The New York Post reports Scaramucci will join Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar and others for the gabfest’s first “Guy Day Friday” to kick off the 21st season of the Barbara Walters-created program.
The former hedge fund manager and Fox Business host was ousted from the White House on July 31, the same day that Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly assumed his new role as Trump’s chief of staff.
{mosads}Scaramucci served in the Trump administration for just 10 days, but his time as communications director was an eventful one, with then-White House press secretary Sean Spicer resigning in protest of his hiring.
White House chief of staff Reince Priebus departed days later, after Scarmucci called him a “f—— paranoid schizophrenic, a paranoiac,” in an interview with New Yorker writer Ryan Lizza.
Scaramucci will also co-host “TMZ Live” with Harvey Levin on Monday, Sept. 18, the celebrity news website announced Wednesday.
