Webb: The fork in the road
Americans can now more clearly see two systems in play. Government, law, culture and politics are primary areas to observe and address them. Everyone must be involved at whatever level they are capable to keep core Republican principles combined with conservative governance in place.
Government and the elites
The treatment President Biden’s family and Hunter Biden’s art tour have received are remarkably different from what President Trump and his family experienced.
A simple question, have you heard the term starving artist? Hunter Biden is the exception to the rule and instead of a sponsor to pay for his existence while he produces his “art,” his sponsors will seek access to his father, the president of the United States.
I’ve written this before and stated on my radio show. The fact is that the Trump family only maintained the existing businesses while he was in the White House. They did not start new ventures and put a law firm in place to monitor transactions during his presidency.
In contrast, Joe Biden during the course of his public career has lied numerous times about discussing business dealings with his son, Hunter, or other family members. Ask yourself a simple question, how can Joe Biden know without discussing, if the business dealings of his family are in conflict ethically or legally with his office?
The elites don’t care what you say about them. They don’t care about blatant hypocrisy. Contradictions are irrelevant as long as they can move their regressive agenda forward.
In one example, Missouri Rep. Cori Bush, a member of the Democratic Socialists of America, spent $70,000 on private security while trying to defund the police that the ordinary citizens need. She defends her position on the ashes of those who don’t have a lobby or special interest representative. The poor and the underserved don’t get a say and often told what to think.
Cultural and political
We’ve gone past ethnic separation, to the separation of the oppressor and the oppressed. This is what Karl Marx wanted a society to be before the revolution of the proletariat and the imposition of communism.
Communism does not see color. Cubans come in all colors and are oppressed by one system, communism. Cuba’s communist dictatorship, the last remnant of the Soviet Union must be destroyed. This is not limited to the island nation.
The expansive and negative role that Cuba’s form of communism plays in Latin America and around the world will be severely diminished with the demise of the Castro regime led by Miguel Diaz-Canel, but in reality, run by Raul Castro.
Political is a subset of cultural as politics follows culture.
The illegal alien Balkanization of America is part of the progressive strategy. They are creating a problem too big to fix. In one example and reported by Axios, some 50,000 illegal aliens have been released into the United States with notices to appear and only 13 percent have returned for their court hearings. This number grows daily and it is the result of a deliberate policy decision by the Biden administration.
The White House was lit up with red, white and blue for the U.S. Olympic team, but there was another display of red, white and blue recently at the White House. The red, white and blue of Cuban and American flags demanding freedom from communism. As is the case with communism, resources are depleted. Those on the top live well while others starve. Don’t buy the left’s lies about Cuba’s situation being caused by the embargo. If communism was an effective economic system, then an embargo by the United States would not have the effect being publicly assigned to it.
Politicizing criminal law
Releasing antifa and Black Lives Matter rioters only emboldened them to go further. No bail laws for common criminals, results in an uncommon rise in criminal activity across the spectrum. This is evident in many major cities and spreading beyond. The left continues, and their supporters in our justice system, continue to use the legal system to persecute anyone on the right side, in both civil and criminal court.
Where does this lead? Chicago, Baltimore, New York City, Portland and Seattle crime rates are spreading across the country.
We can see the fork in the road and the decision is imminent to take a left turn and depart from the principles and policies that have helped this nation evolve for the better or turn right and continue our progress.
