Obama adds Ike Skelton to World War I commission

{mosads}Congress created the 12-person commission in January to
commemorate the 100-year anniversary of World War I, which began in 1914. The
United States entered the war in 1917. 

The House and Senate party leaders and veterans and historical
groups had already appointed the other nine members of the commission, which includes
Rep. Ted Poe (R-Texas).
