Canadian oil projects may benefit from Mideast unrest

“Just last week API started running radio and print ads in Nebraska and other Midwest states noting that Canada is the No. 1 exporter of oil to the U.S. and touting a planned pipeline to the Gulf Coast as a ‘Heartland job engine,’” the piece adds.
