A natural-gas deal reached between Ukraine and Russia over the weekend could be enough to get Ukraine through the harsh winter this year.
Ukraine, Russia and the European Union made significant progress on the deal, which will be officially finalized by officials in Brussels on Tuesday, Reuters reports.
