BP says the fund it established to pay for damages from its 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill will soon run dry, The Wall Street Journal reports.
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission formally charged JPMorgan Chase with manipulating power prices in California and the Midwest in 2010 and 2011, The Associated Press reports. The regulator and bank are reportedly discussing a settlement that could be worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
