Blue Dogs urge passage of tax-cut compromise

The bill hit a snag Thursday in the House when leaders pulled a rule on the bill that would allow for debate to move forward on the Senate-passed measure. Democratic leaders are working out a plan to move forward with the measure, which they had expected to pass sometime tonight.
