State of the Union: T-minus 2(ish) hours

— The Congressional Budget Office releases its economic outlook from fiscal year 2011 all the way to 2021.

— Congressional hearings aplenty: The House Oversight panel, now led by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), discusses TARP.

— The House Financial Services Committee looks at job recovery and the economy.

— The oversight subcommittee at House Energy and Commerce dissects the administration’s take on regulatory reform.

— Over on the Senate side, the Judiciary Committee examines the fight against tax fraud.

— And finally, President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden both hit the road – the president to visit an energy company in Wisconsin, the vice president to a battery manufacturer in Indiana.
