Former Mass. lawmaker joins law firm
“The firm has such a strong reputation in Massachusetts, and I am confident that it will be a great place to continue to work on policy issues that are important to the firm’s clients, including international business, renewable energy and the environment,” Delahunt said.
Delahunt served seven terms in the House before he announced his retirement last Congress. Before coming to Capitol Hill, the ex-lawmaker was the Norfolk County District Attorney for more than 22 years.
The firm has almost a dozen offices across the country, including one in Boston and Washington. The firm has registered to lobby in the past, though its most recent lobbying work was in 2007, according to disclosure records.
