Big business takes on worker groups

Business groups are going on the offensive against pro-worker organizations that they see as a front for unions.

{mosads}The New York Times says the groups – like the Restaurant Opportunities Center – are picking up some of the slack for labor, protesting low wages for workers and tax breaks for large corporations.

But groups like the U.S. Chamber of Commerce are fighting back, saying those worker organizations are misrepresenting their record.
