IRS misses document deadline with Small Business panel

Some GOP lawmakers have expressed frustration at the pace at which the agency has gotten Congress requested documents as part of their inquiry into its singling out of conservative groups.

{mosads}A spokesman for the Small Business Committee said that the panel was considering holding a hearing on the matter.

In his response, Werfel said that Graves could contact Faris Fink, the IRS official in the small-business division that recently testified about his role as “Spock” in a much derided IRS video.
