FHFA threatens to pull Fannie and Freddie out of cities employing eminent domain relief

{mosads}The FHFA said in its statement that the regulator has “serious concerns” about this approach and that it represents a “clear threat” to the safety and soundness of Fannie and Freddie.
Beyond barring the two pillars of the housing market from doing business in areas employing the eminent domain strategy, the FHFA said it would also consider taking legal action.
