Home prices continue climb, but boost shows signs of slowing

{mosads}The June data marks the third straight month that all cities posted gains, as Dallas and Denver reached new highs. Most markets have largely regained ground lost when the housing bubble burst — only Detroit remains below levels seen in January 2000.

And some cities continue to post significant gains. Both Las Vegas and San Francisco home values have risen by nearly 25 percent in the last year, while another 10 posted double-digit gains.
