GOP, Dems want elected officials to stay strong in shutdown

{mosads}On the flip side, a majority of Republicans believe the GOP should continue to demand healthcare changes no matter what, with almost three quarters of Tea Party believers saying a deal that doesn’t target ObamaCare is unacceptable.

Officials in both parties have said they see no end in sight to the current gridlock, with Washington also facing a looming deadline to raise the $16.7 trillion debt ceiling.
