Biden: ‘God willing’ health site will be fixed
Vice President Biden said Monday that “God willing,” HealthCare.gov will be fixed.
The Obamacare enrollment website has been plagued with technical difficulties since its launch. President Obama and other officials have set a Nov. 30 deadline for the site to be working for the “vast majority of Americans.”

The vice president apologized in late October for the botched rollout of HealthCare.gov.
“We apologize for that,” he said in an interview with HLN. “We were under the impression that it was ready to go,” he said about the weeks leading up to the Oct. 1 launch.
Of the 106,185 people able to enroll in ObamaCare in October, only 27,000 were able to do so using HealthCare.gov, the Department of Health and Human Services reported last week.
