Enroll America using school events to push ObamaCare exchanges

{mosads}Enroll America President Anne Filipic is scheduled to hold a press conference Wednesday on the campus of Cincinnati State in Ohio to discuss ObamaCare’s coverage opportunities.

“As young adults go back to school — or send their own kids back to school — we don’t want them to face another school year with worry about getting hurt playing sports, or that an unexpected health scare will force them to drop out,” Filipic said in a statement.

Efforts to promote the marketplaces are ramping up ahead of Oct. 1, when enrollment is scheduled to begin, and they’re targeting young people and mothers in particular.

Enroll America stated that social media is also a big part of its campaign, which runs contrary to some conservative efforts to discourage enrollment in the new marketplaces.
