Report: Pa. governor to accept Medicaid expansion

The Obama administration has had an easier time selling GOP governors on the Medicaid expansion than on new insurance marketplaces — the other piece of the law’s major coverage expansion.
The federal government will initially cover the entire costs of the Medicaid expansion, with the federal share then gradually falling to 90 percent by 2020.
