CBO: African trade deal would save the government $5 million

{mosads}In addition to renewing the so-called third-country fabric program, the bill would also add South Sudan, the world’s newest country, to the list of beneficiaries. It also modifies the rules of origin for certain apparel and textile goods under the Dominican Republic and Central America Free Trade Agreement and renews import restrictions on Burmese goods for an extra year, until July 26, 2013.
