Lobbying and regulations:

The State Department’s Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation has imposed sanctions on TM Services Limited and Scientific and Industrial Republic Unitary Enterprise of Belarus; BST Technology and Trade Company, China Precision Machinery Import and Export Corporation, Dalian Sunny Industries, Karl Lee, Poly Technologies Incorporated of China; Iran Electronics Industries, Marine Industries Organization, and Milad Jafari of Iran; Al-Zargaa Engineering Complex and SMT Engineering of Sudan; Army Supply Bureau of Syria; and Venezuelan Military Industry Company of Venezuela for violation of the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act.

Dalian Sunny Industries and Li Fangwei (Karl Lee) of China and the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, Shahid Bakeri Industrial Group and Shahid Sattari Ground Equipment Industries of Iran are being sanctioned for engaging in proliferation activities.

And the State Department is imposing missile sanctions on Dalian Sunny Industries and Li Fangwei of China for violating the Arms Export Control Act.
