The State Department’s Shipping Coordinating Committee will conduct an open meeting on April 23 to prepare for the 44th session of the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) Sub-Committee on Standards of Training and Watchkeeping (STW) to be held at the IMO Headquarters, United Kingdom, April 29-May 3.
