Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) said in an interview on Sunday that world leaders “are not sure about the president.”
Kasich during an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union” emphasized the need for the Trump administration to be on “same page.”
“It is really critical that they speak with one voice on all these critical matters of national security and supporting our western alliance, which has kept the peace since World War II,” Kasich said.
Kasich also implied that European leaders trust Vice President Mike Pence, Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly and Secretary of Defense James Mattis more than President Trump.
{mosads}Kasich, who dropped his own Republican presidential bid last year, is attending the weekend-long Munich Security Conference, which brings together top security officials and international leaders to discuss security policy.
