Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz on Thursday released an assessment of the law enforcement agency’s conduct during the 2016 presidential race.
The report is highly critical of former FBI Director James Comey, citing poor judgment during the 2016 race, but found no evidence to show his key decisions in the Hillary Clinton email investigation were improperly influenced by political bias.
