Meanwhile, Culberson called for a “rifle-shot” measure that narrowly gives the FCC more authority in one area: policing online child pornographers.
“We need to create an exception for child pornography,” he said, noting that he supports the Adolescent Web Awareness Requires Education measure introduced by Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) last year to fund public awareness programs.
“I want these people boiled in oil,” he said.
